Privacy

What this site keeps, and why.

The short version

If you join the waitlist we keep your email address, and anything you tell us in your email, to tell you when Tribograph can be installed. Nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fonts or scripts from anyone else's servers.

Who is responsible

Tribograph is made by ClosedLoop UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by Abel van der Wielen. The full address is in the Impressum. Questions, or a request to see or delete your data: abel@closedloop.green.

The waitlist

For now you join the waitlist by email. We keep your address, and whatever you tell us in that email, in our mailbox, to tell you when Tribograph can be installed. We don't sell, share or rent the list, and we don't add you to anything else. Email us and we'll take you off it.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

The Tribograph app

This page is about the website. The app keeps what it measures on your Mac and sends nothing unless you switch sharing on. What it sends then, field by field, will be set out here before the app is released.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it briefly logs requests, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and safe. We don't use those logs for anything else.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
